I hate leaving bad reviews or saying anything for a service and this is my usual salon I go to often but I just paid $100 for a French tip gel manicure for the biggest day of my life tomorrow and it came out so bad. The guy was so sweet and really tried his best but for the cost and the two hours I spent there, I’m just really bummed to have an experience like this before something so important. Barely got the full expensive add ons I paid for. I’m sure these will chip off in a few days, too. I walked out before they could touch my hands. Gonna find a new salon for the future.

Unprofessional job and when you ask them to fix something they look at you like you’re crazy!!! Most technicians don’t speak English nor understand it. I left with my thumb looking like that and I told her to fix it she kept saying it will be fixed when I put top coat…NO IT DID NOT… the front desk lady is also very rude she thinks you work for her with the attitude she gives. Never going back again.

Lulu and Vicky are amazing! They’re attentive, kind, and genuinely care about their clients. Their service alone is why this salon gets 5 stars from me. They deserve all the tips!

I returned to this salon after being out of state because it had been my preferred nail place. I requested a fill and color change but was initially assigned to a technician I declined due to a previous poor experience that required me to come back and pay extra to have the work corrected. Although they found another technician, my interaction with the front desk was disappointing. When I asked her to repeat something she had mumbled, her response was rude and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I hope the salon works on improving its customer service, as paying clients deserve respect and professionalism.

I honestly feel like they were rushing through my service. I got a full acrylic set and I was done in less than an hour. She didn’t cut my cuticles and I was barely spoken too my whole service. The shape of the nails is good as well as the French tips however the bows were very rushed and do not look like bows. I paid $75 for these and at the least I would expect the design to look proper if I’m being charged for it. On top of that I was also cut from the drill a few times as well with no apologies or acknowledgement.
