Diva Nails

Got a fill in twice from this place back to back. Amy did my nails. I left only bc she had people right after me. Once I got home I had to leave town… once I landed I called her and ask her could she thin my nails out. She said yes. I get there and she told me I will have to pay $15 more dollars. Everything was great until I ask her to file the acrylic down . She said it would be extra . I just got a fill in , gel, and an extra $15 to file down to make thinner. My total would have been $70 for a fill in. Not including a tip. I think that is crazy . I never had my nails that thick. I left with my nails looking that thick but never again. All I wanted her to do is just thin the acrylic down . No refund needed.

I’ve been to many nail salons in Lou and I cannot express more of how diva nails is the best. Very friendly and fun staff that laugh and include you in conversation and want to get to know you. Very welcoming atmosphere and the salon is gorgeous. And also they do a fantastic job that makes my nails last forever.

I generally enjoy visiting this salon, and they do excellent work when they are not feeling rushed. However, I would recommend visiting at a less busy time, as service quality can vary when they are trying to accommodate a full schedule. One thing to be aware of is that prices may fluctuate, and the final cost is not always clearly communicated during the service, so it’s helpful to ask for a price estimate beforehand. Additionally, even if you schedule an appointment, it's a good idea to plan for some additional wait time — typically about an hour — as delays can occur. Overall, this is a good salon with talented staff, but the experience can be inconsistent depending on the timing.

I have gone to Diva Nails consistently for well over a year now. I have always loved the value of service and experience that I have received here but it’s been very different lately. I sit with the same nail tech every time and she’s normally very nice and hospitable but has been nothing but snippy, angry, and rude the last 4 appointments I’ve had with her. She’s begun to put little to no effort into my nails and make me feel guilty for even wanting to make an appointment. I feel very disappointed as this was my go to salon and the place I would recommend all of my friends to go but I probably won’t be returning.

Ive been here 5x now. 3x for acrylics/fill with basic gel color and 2x for pedicure with gel. Everyone is very friendly. Great prices and great service. Nails never break, super strong (i have a very hands on warehouse job). Polish looks like it was just put on, even 3-4 weeks later. You can tell they take pride in their work!!
