Diva Nails & Spa

I've been going to Diva nails for a while now. Last I was there was about a couple weeks ago. I've never had any problems until then. Now the guy who does my nails knows me and knows how I always get my nails done. Full set with no color. Plain and simple. I really hope they (diva nails) are reading this. I walked in and asked him how much for a fill. The only reason why I asked was because sometimes he charges me $30, $35 & $24. But this time he said $27. So I sat on the usual chair and he began to do his work. After he was almost done he told me that he was going to charge me an extra $10. I was confused. I asked him why. And he said because of the length of my nails and because of other little details that I had asked him to fix. For example, file two of my nails to make it look even. B

I had polly gel on natural nails done. He did a good job and I will return.

Honestly, if there were an option to give zero stars THIS would be the occasion I opted. It was Halloween and my regular salon was closed and so I took a chance… How very much I regret it. Not only was I charged more than I am typically charged at my regular salon the quality was subpar at best. I went in for just a basic dip manicure (which typically takes about an hour) and I received horrible quality work from two different technicians over a three hour time frame - The first technician cut me with the Dremel tool several times on several fingers- the Second technician started to reshape my nails as if the shape was the problem AND they insisted on putting gel topcoat over my dip which is NEVER good. It has only been 5 days and 2 of my nails are broken - ALL the gel is chipped or gone c

bad service they do it super fast and leave very bad nails all dirty and badly done. I’m feel sad 😔
