The lady who does my toe nails name is Linda, and honestly she’s the best ever and super sweet!! However the lady who did my hands treated me so badly. I had asked for a light blue when I went in and what I got was a teal… I tried to like them but I just didn’t so I asked to get them repainted. I had to problem paying the extra $5 but what made this a bad experience was that this lady was talking shit about me to all her coworkers. Very unprofessional and immature that she was talking shit about me just simply because I didn’t like the color… I immediately got up and went to pay for my feet. They tried charging me around $35 for my hands when they were even painted or anything. I walked away paying $20 for my hands even tho they feel so delicate and thin. And have cuts from when she cut me

UPDATE: Although we did appreciate the customer service, it’s only been a week and my daughter’s gel polish has already peeled completely off (reference photo). We always do gel polish, as it typically lasts for at least 2-3 weeks (she’s a very neat and particular child)… so I will say, for the price paid, it’s not worth the product that was used. Amazing nail techs. I brought my 4 year old daughter for mani/pedi’s and her nail tech was so attentive and sweet to her. My daughter loves her blue sparkly nails. My tech was also great and very funny. Great care and attention to detail. I am new to San Antonio, this will definitely be our new spot!

The last nail salon I was a regular at went under new management and I saw someone in my neighborhood post about Diva Nail Salon. I decided to check it out. I’m so glad I did! I found my new salon!! I run marathons so I’m VERY particular about how my toes are done, how my nails are cut, AND especially about how good the massage is. I had Steven as my tech and he was FABULOUS!! The whole salon is clean, it was very busy and I didn’t have to wait. This place knows what they are doing and how to retain a customer. One little girl was getting a pedicure and the tech was so incredibly sweet and nurturing to her the whole time. Chatted with her. Made her laugh. It was the cutest thing to witness. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for over a year for our monthly pedicures. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The prices are well worth the service. I definitely recommend
