Diva style Hair braiding lash&brows

FLIM FLAM ON PRICING AND CANNOT TUCK HAIR. HAIR COMING OUT OF BRAIDS WITHIN 5 days. Asked for medium knotless mid back. They ended up being past my butt. When I went to pay, the price said online $160 and up. I honestly didn’t expect to pay that much bc that price is never true but she told be $250!!!!!! That’s crazy! Claims in person bc of the hair and length but the hair came with it and I didn’t ask for this length. The $160 length she said was mid back, which is I asked for. She then told me she’d call to explain the prices bc I had to leave after being there for almost 7 hours. Then my hair (which is relaxed) is coming out of my braids already and it wasn’t even a week. Got my hair done Tuesday Aug 26th and I have screenshots of when I noticed the hair coming out. They also put A LOT

I paid $180 for sisterlock retie. The owner claimed like she had someone who can do it. Yeah, that someone played in my hair. Put product gel and oilsheen while "interlocking" my sisterlocks. I was displeased whe. I got up out the chair when she was done. The owner asked me did I like the service. I wanted to say "Hell NO, my hair and scalp can't breathe because of all your product on my hair!" But I didnt say it. So I text the owner after I washed the garbage out and my sisterlocks was not interlocked tightly or coreectly. They retied my sisterlocks under false pretense saying they could do sisterlocks. I was pissed. The owner asked did I want a refund. I told her I would like the sisterlocks out. She said she would charge $125 and not refund $180 because it's a lot of work. Thats reason

I absolutely ♥️♥️❤️♥️❤️❤️ this place. The hair is included. I said how I want my hai braided and it tuen out better than I describe. It's kid friendly. Everyone was very nice and professional me and my daughter had a great time... I will continue to get my hair braided from them and my daughter. Prices are great... people nowadays are charging $290 for some regular braids and also you have to have your hair washed... not this place they do everything❤️

The braids were fine, but the overall experience, terrible. I contacted the owner Sophia, back in August, & scheduled a 6:00 appointment, for a Thursday. I got to the shop around 5:50, only to find it CLOSED. I sat in the parking lot waiting, calling Sophia again & again, her phone went to voicemail each time. I finally got a call back from her around 6:30, telling me she thought my appointment was the following day, that Friday. 😡 Not sure how she got the days confused, but OK. Then she told me the air conditioner at the shop was broken, & she could do my hair at her house, so I drove another 20 minutes there. When I got there, she wasn’t home, but her sister invited me in to wait for her, which was another 30-40 minutes. When she got there, she had to nurse her baby, & did other things a
