I asked for a blowout and that is what I thought I gotten. My hair is permanently straightened in certain areas and breaking off. Been breaking off since the day after my service. I have been a natural for the past several years and it has taken forever for my hair to grow back because of my age of 56. They have RUINED my hair. I have pictures of before the service, the finished product, and what it looks like now. Update 7/5/25: And my hair is still falling out. It’s scary. I don’t know what they did. I spoke with them and they told me that they didn’t put any chemicals in my hair but obviously, they used something. My hair texture is different, brittle, dry, shredding and breaking off in clumps.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon. I originally went in for a take down of microlinks and hair color dye, but the owner Marisol did a terrible job with the whole experience. When it came time for removal, my hair was severely damaged and cut extremely short. Instead of using proper microlink removal tools, she used regular scissors, which resulted in significant and uneven hair loss. The total for the service was $280. I was also overcharged for multiple services, including the takedown and hair dye, and then charged separately just to dry my hair which was $30, something that should be included with any professional hair service. This is the best hair salon I've been to in years!! These ladies have amazing talent! Before I walked in, I had split ends and lots of heat damage I really was afraid I wasn't going to like cutting it all off, but I am in love with my hair again 😍They gave me a beautiful short hairstyle with more than excellent service! Thank you!

02/13/25: I came for a silk press. It was very beautiful but it didn’t last because of the florida heat or not enough oils. Next time I’ll ask for them to make it silkier to last longer! Overall great experience, family oriented, great communication, clean salon, I would definitely recommend
