I’ve never wrote a review before but wanted to make my experience known, so you can make an informed decision about her services. I would’ve given no stars if I could. I got my hair colored two weeks ago and it’s not the color I wanted. That wasn’t the problem, I was ok with getting it redone. So I booked another appointment two weeks later. On the day of my appointment she saw me about hour and half late. As I was pulling up she was going to the hair store and she did that on my last appointment, in which both times waited about 30 minutes on her to return. As I’m talking to her about the color I wanted and asking her advice. I saw she was becoming impatient and irritated. But again I wanted to get the right color for my hair, so it could look the way I wanted it. So then she ha

I had a cut and deep condition and a blow out. I also made a plan with my stylist for ongoing hair care. I am very happy with the service and results! Edit Feb 19 2023 Updated photo is the 2nd one 2 years later. My hair is healthy!

So Thankful for ms. Lisa. She is so busy, so please keep that in mind but soooo worth the wait! She got my wife in on the same day (and even stayed after hours to finish). My wife was so nervous about getting her hair done but Lisa clearly knows what she is doing and made us feel better instantly. She definitely took her time and did everything correctly, and most importantly her hair turned out amazing! I am beyond thankful for the shop and Ms.Lisa!!!

Had a great experience with Mention. She did my braids and they turned out great!. she really cares abouty natural hair and provided advice . She took me the same day and last minute. I would recommend her to anyone. Salon could use an update but besides that service was amazing. Thank you

I called Lisa this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. I was skeptical about the chemicals being used but I put my trust in her. I’m pretty shy and iffy about my hair. She took her time and literally gave me the exact look I wanted plus more! I love love love my cut and will surely be back! ❤️❤️
