Jackie had messaged me randomly at 12:15pm today telling me to show up saying she could do my hair. We had made a time for 2:30pm so I left work and drove an hour and arrived on time and I was told I had to come back because a guy walked in right a little before 2:30 and they started his hair. It was very unprofessional and not okay at all. I drove all the way there for nothing and she txted me trying to say it was on me and I should make an appointment for the future when she messaged me in the first place.

I had a great time at this shop. The owner and the staff are professional, respectful, and talented. A family member referred me to the shop and I’m happy I stopped by for a wash, restwist (interlocking), and style before my business trip. I needed an appointment and they helped me get in and out. I definitely suggest you connect with them, if you are in the area.

For any and all of your hair braiding needs this is THE spot! I’m from out of town and needed a few stitch braids put in for my wedding ASAP! My girl Emily called me and booked an appointment within 48hrs notice and the rest was history. She was beyond skilled with the braid style I wanted and laid them down just how I pictured them. I was beyond pleased on my big day with how the hair came out! If ever you have a need for some fire braids, do not hesitate to give the good people at Diversity Hair a ring and tell em, Jefe sent ya!

Glad they were able to fit me in for a walk in to tighten up the roots of my dreads. It looks amazing, it was relatively painless and great work in short time. I'll be maintaining my dreads here. I have white people hair actually american indian, which I feel like is even harder to dread. Unfortunately I had to shop around for a fade since the barber was out, but I have a barber actually.

The customer service is amazing and I am very impressed with how my hairstyle came out. I will definitely be returning soon. The atmosphere is lively and everyone is friendly, I felt right at home the instant I entered the salon. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!!!
