I’ve been going to her for over 16 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She consistently does an amazing job with my silk press and permanent color. My hair always comes out healthy, smooth, and beautifully styled every time. What I appreciate most is Jay professionalism, attention to detail, and how much she truly cares about the health of my hair. After all these years, she still delivers the same quality and consistency that keeps me coming back. It's upsetting that I have to write this review. I have been going to Divine Destiny Creations since 2022, but as of today, I will no longer be returning. There was some confusion on my end, and I called the owner to see what I could do; however, she spoke to me rudely and abruptly hung up. Very unfortunate how the owner is so quick to switch up on a loyal customer when someone is just seeking clarity. Considering how quickly she changes her attitude, I would NOT recommend this salon. I am sad because I love to support Black-owned businesses, especially when they are run by women, but not at the cost of mistreatment.
