From the very beginning of booking my appointment, Cierra worked with my crazy schedule to make sure I had an appointment with her. There was only one day I could get my hair done and she made that happen. Not only that, she went above and beyond to make sure I had the right style and exactly how I wants it done right. She explained and helped me understand the type of locs installs I got and she made sure I was set for after care. Go get your hair done or locs install by Cierra. We look forward to our appointments with divine locs & tresses. Our loctician is Hope Desiree. All of the loctician/stylist there are amazing. Fast efficient, professional, approachable the vibe in the salon is high vibrational. Me and 4 of my children come to get our loc maintenance. My eldest daughter will be beginning her journey Soon. The salon also showcases local businesses by allowing them to house their goods/products to share with the customers as well. It is a one stop shop for natural products herbs, handmade custom pieces & also a beauty supply. Once you come and experience the experience you won’t go anywhere else.

I have been a client of what is now known as The D.O.N Collective since March of 2023. I enlisted the services of Divine Luxe when I decided to transition to loc extensions after reading reviews and visiting their website. Divine Luxe provided detailed information regarding the process and offered the convenience of online booking. I have been serviced by two locticians, Angela and Hope Desiree. Both are professional, punctual, and very welcoming. Today, I tried a new service, the Classic Relaxation Head Spa. The experience began with a scalp examination, followed by an aromatherapy treatment and a relaxing head massage. The head spa provided some much needed R&R with its soothing ambience and relaxing sounds.

This has been my second time at this salon and it has been a lovely experience each visit! The first time, I had faux locs and I didn't want to take them out, they looked so good! This time I had knotless box braids and was running late to my appointment. The service I received was just as good, calming and consistent as the previous visit. I had a lot of personal things happening at the time and I can't say what it meant to me to be able to have a stress free appointment to handle one thing that I could control in life. I read the reviews from another that led me here. I decided to try it after reading several and found it fairly accurate. The shop is in a small shopping center with immediate parking, although close to the street. Hope a.k.a. Desiré greeted me as did the rest of the shop. After a brief consult, she explained what my appointment would entail...wash retwist and a style, but it was extra. They have online scheduling and took a few different options of payment. I used Cashapp of which a $30 nonrefundable deposit is used to secure the appointment time, but applied to the total amount once you are there. My estimated time was 2 hours, but it was closer to 4hrs to finish. I wasn't really in a rush, but considering the steady stream of customers, I didn't feel like the 25mins I waited... w
