Customer Reviews
I've been following this girl for a long time for beauty treatments. She's lovely and hardworking. I can request anything I want, from specific times to elaborate styles. Her name is Mina; she doesn't know much English, but she understands what you want. I invite everyone to visit and experience Divine Nail; everyone here is very friendly.
I got my dip powder nails removed and a gel manicure and will not come back. They are not friendly or experienced. I had two people work with me both unhappy to see me. The 2nd woman I had to remind to remove cuticles on the other hand. She only put lotion on one hand. She made me feel bad when I asked about it. She did not speak to me and looked upset while doing my nails. It was an uncomfortable experience. They were aggressive with my nails. To remove previous nails, they soak your nails in acetone repeatedly instead of wrapping nails individually. My nails are red and irritated, and very dry. It also puts the gel nail residue all over your nails. I had to ask for it to be removed as well. My fingertips are bright red. Their equipment isn’t very great. Color on some of my nails are un
Their quality sucks and their attitudes suck as well. Last time I went, the nail tech (Tina) was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Two of the nails broke within days. Last weekend I got my nails done with Katie and walked out with multiple cuts. Also my nails look bulky. One broke within days and so I made an appointment to get it fixed. I drove in and after sitting for 15 minutes they told me no one knows how do to do acrylic. ???. I could wait until later for someone else to come in. Waste of my time and gas.
The salon is very hygienic and tidy. My manicure was detailed and precise. The polish application was flawless. I’m extremely happy.
$50 gel fill in. Supposedly 5% off if you pay in cash. Really nice and clean. Most are generally nice. Today I had an older lady. Kind of rough and a little aggressive. Used an electric file to remove my gel polish. The electric file generates heat and will burn through the acrylic, she acted as if she didn’t know that and seemed to get upset when I would snatch my hand in pain. She used her hard, sharp nails to push my cuticles back. The finished polished look is a bit lumpy and you can see the imperfections but I paid.. no fuss. I just wanted the experience to be over.
