I was walking Client and this is my first time getting acrylics with the nail design and for me they did a pretty good job I was served by Tom and I just loved how they copied the picture that I showed. I was a bit spectacle going there after reading the reviews, but I was in a rush and it’s near my place and I tried them. I trusted the process but it turned out to be good for me. for me, it was a bit pricey because I paid $90 but still I loved it because I got what I wanted that.

Me and my mom decided to go get our nails done. My service was great but my mother’s was not. The appointment started and her water was freezing cold and the lining of the tub was ballooning over her feet. She was then asked to move chairs, so she did only to wait 10-15 minutes while me and my sister were getting our nails done. She picked a color but when painted on her nails, it looked nothing like the color on the label. She also had the skin around her ankle bone cut by one of the tools the lady was using because she wasn’t paying attention. The lady was very nice and went to go get another polish, but my mom noticed it looked like a gel polish and she did not want that. She asked and the lady assured it was not gel. Went with a friend the other day my first time there for a full acrylic set, I had 3 girls switching out with each other in between them filing and shaping my nails which they didn’t seem to have much skill with as they didn’t make sure they were even so some of them are shorter or not shaped as well as others, they also took the filing machine underneath my nails to shave off some acrylic and it rubbed deep into my skin so that hurt for a while, they left most acrylic under my nails bulked up and I didn’t even get any length or any special design but they still charged $70 first they said $85 which after looking at the reviews I think they just make prices up as they go and I had to refer to the menu to double check with them.. The worst experience ever. . Walk in yesterday myself and my 2 granddaughters got pedicures made sure I said very clear a regular cheapest pedicure and asked to paint my granddaughters nails not manicure just polished her hands 2 girls 8 and 9 years old come to pay they charge me $ 223.00 for 3 regular pedicure and mine 2 granddaughters to paint there finger nails (hands).this place is horrible they rushed to do the pedicures and one of my granddaughter had old nail polished they charge extra for taking the old nail polish off . this people literally robbed me $223.00 for that. Please read this coments this people are horrible no wonder they have many customers complains there services are extremely bad and on top of that they literally robbed me but I will get my attorney on this people

I took my daughter to get her nails done, and the experience was terrible. We clearly asked for a regular full set, but they kept pushing her to do gel. The technician did a poor job and blamed my daughter, saying it looked bad because she didn’t choose gel. I had to ask for a different technician, and they even tried to overcharge us for gel. Very rude staff and bad service overall. never going back.
