DIVINE NAILS

Short version: What was intended to be a relaxing experience turned into a disappointing, and stressful experience. Would not return due to not very friendly service, poor quality of work, and the majority of the nails missing paint. On Saturday morning, I went to get my nails done. I have been here a few times but won't be returning after this last experience. First off, the towel used to put my nails on was dirty -- it had a hair and some tools didn't look too clean This appointment was meant to test out wedding nails, and was a treat as I don't always do my nails. Initially I thought I wanted French manicure. After the first nail, I did ask if I could change to an ombré. She said, yes. Eventually a man came and did the ombré. The lady who did my nails was the absolute best! I’ve never had a manicure so good. She really took her time with me, she put so much time and precision into simply prepping the nail. If she saw anything wrong or not to her liking she would carefully fix it. She was so gentle and sweet and I could tell she had been doing this for a long time. I had an amazing experience here! The only thing is that it’s a cash only establishment, next time I come I’ll make sure to bring my cash, luckily they have an ATM available in their shop

I paid $60 + tip for a short acrylic set at this salon, and unfortunately I ended up having to go to primary care afterward for an infection that required antibiotics. I’m not sure if it was due to unsanitary practices, but the experience has made me uncomfortable returning. Just sharing my experience so others are aware.

Owners are a husband and wife duo. They work so hard. No extra nonsense bells and whistles like other nail salons. Just simple but well done services. Very thorough pedicures. I love them. I'm now a regular for these reasons alone but they also have a more competitive price which is the cherry on top. Cash only just a heads up.

Usually this place does a great job but the last two times haven't been great. Today I called and made an appointment and when I showed up it was clear he was behind or over booked. He rushed through my pedicure and didn't even give me a proper massage, he didn't massage my feet at all. The gel was okay, lots of bubbles, half of my pinky nail was unpainted and my big toe was crooked. Not very pleased with the work that costs $50. I think they need to get more employees especially on the weekends. Haven't decided if I'll go back or not, I like the location and the environment but definitely not worth $50.
