GREAT experience with my haircut. Called 30 minutes prior and could just walk in which was really nice. For context i entered with extremely long hair (spanning my entire torso) - Calvin was extremely diligent when it came to making sure my layers were just right, and styled my hair the way i usually like it at the end as well. He did charge $5 extra for my extra long hair, but still a very reasonable price. I paid $65 + tip in total for shampoo ($10) and a haircut which included layers & face framing. Very pleasant experience overall.

Calvin just moved in to a spot on the strip where the parlor used to be. Always easy to call and get scheduled. It is hard to find someone who isnt afraid to get in there and cut women's hair short like requested... Calvin is a pro. Also very affordable for womens hair. Thinking of coming back for balayage at some point to hide my whites a bit better- I saw it on his price list and it seemed reasonable.

Got a really nice two-number buzz cut, the barber was fast, efficient and cleaned up my eyebrows, sides and back extremely well. Very much appreciated as while I can do buzz cuts at home, I can’t do edge work like a professional. Price was very reasonable, I was a walkin.

Called today (7/2/25) and was surprised when the phone didn’t go through because Calvin has always been super easy to book with. Walked to the salon and realized the current address was around the corner from the old one. I was able to do a walk-in and found out he’s having phone problems this week, so if you’re having any issues, pop in or call again in a day or two. My husband and I have been going to Calvin for over a year. I’m Asian with long hair, and my husband is Scandinavian with short hair, so we were surprised that we could go to the same person with different hair types and styles. Super convenient at good prices!

I have been looking for a new salon/stylist for a little bit now, and I heard about Divine Salon and stylist Calvin by word of mouth. I called in on a Saturday morning and made an appointment--and I'm glad I did, it was a very busy day that got all booked up eventually. I came in for a full single color and cut for long curly hair, and am very happy with the end result. Calvin made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing throughout the process. He also took the time to dry and style my hair, which was such a treat, because my hair is naturally curly and very thick, which usually makes this task a lot of work for me. I highly recommend Divine Salon; and plan on returning in the future myself. Five Stars! *****
