I am a regular here and today will be my LAST DAY EVER COMING HERE!!! I came in to get a short , pink and white French tip set with two heart and they tried to over charge me an additional $20. The nail technician clips my nails off and I waited for the original guy who does my nails to finish with the client in his chair. I decided not to get my nails done but I still wanted to proceed with a pedicure and was not waiting on. Note I got to this shop at 12 noon, I was still waiting to be helped for a pedicure and other staff member did not want to do the service so I finally decided to leave around 1:45. This was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be back

It was a nice place - it was clean and everyone was kind and friendly as soon as we walked in someone greeted us , John did my nails and they turned out exactly like the picture I wanted and I was very happy with my experience so was my mom and she got her toes done by Emma and turned out great and was very relaxing :)

ABSOLUTE TRASH. This salon is disgusting in both environment and customer service. I had an appointment scheduled, and wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after my appt time. The lady sat me down for a dip refill, and covered my fingers in foil, then grabbed her purse and left. Another 30 minutes went by before another employee moved me to his desk. He was AWFUL. It took him over an hour and a half to do a dip refill! I got clear polish, and there were black dots from his dip powder left under the polish on my nails, he failed to file my nails at any point including the sides, left them completely uneven and although he spoke English at the beginning of the appt, when I complained about the dots in my polish, he pretended to not understand me and charged me $80!! I was there for over 2.5

The first two pictures are of my left hand. The pointer finger is WAY longer than the the rest of my nails. The last 2 pictures are of my right hand and the nails are shorter than the left hand by a lot.. and they’re filed crooked. I brought my 5 year old with me to get her nails done and Johnny treated her very well, but this is my second time getting my nails done by Lucy and it’s safe to say I will not be returning. The first set she did was even worse than this one. She complained when I told her I wanted white tips and she sighed and then asked “would you rather do all color instead?” She was too worried about watching TV half the time during her doing my set, and she was filing my nails so hard that it felt like she was about to rip them off. Now, I will give her credit on the wonder

My experience was horrible. I asked for a simple French tip. She continued to file my nails lower and lower after I told her I did not want them that low. As you can see she took the past the nail bed. She then attempted to put paint on top of the nails this way and I told her that my nails were not even and cut too low. She said she would get someone else to fix them and the new lady sat down and attempted to start filing again and then cut me. At that point I told them I was leaving I no longer had faith that they could finish the job. They attempted to still try to charge me $35 because they said they did a service literally the first thing she did was start filing and she messed it up. Now that I’m looking at the reviews i see this is not the first time i definitely will not be going b
