I used to go to this salon a lot and I had a couple of disappointing experiences and stopped going today I checked two salons and they were so busy so I went to this salon and I walked out realizing why I stopped going there. This is a very genuine review I am giving you. I had a pedi medi cure and she did not gave me a message, she did not put a lotion. She didn’t even rinse my feet properly so I waited patiently for her to do the right thing but did not happen so once she started applying the nail polish I asked her are you going to put some lotion or give me a little message? And she replied oh I give a message at the end, which never happened. The nail polish color came out completely different. In general the 3 point review is accurate. We showed up well after the posted 7 pm closing time at Beautiful Nails, but the place was still in full operation. A busy salon must be a testament to good service, and there were plenty of repeat customers here. The techs are good at listening and making you feel good, too, taking interest in the little things in the customer's lives. For 45 minutes, it's all about you. Nice interior, and plenty of stations and chairs. Even chairs for boyfriends and husband's to wait.

I DON’T RECOMMEND. They were nice but I had to wait for a bit (which is fine I didn’t have an appt) but the job was way sub-par. I appreciated that she did a decent job cleaning around my nails(though she did make a finger bleed) but the paint job was horrible. Not evenly applied, bubbles, can visibly see the layers, sloppy. I just wanted to get out of there cause she wasn’t going to fix anything any better. Won’t be going back. PIC of nails the next morning.
