D'Lux Nails & Spa

I have been going to this D’LUX nails spa /Sky Nails for years. I have never seen or experienced rude behavior. I was surprise at some of the bad reviews . The staff have always treated my family and I with respect. Always will try to accommodate if I would like additional services. I have received all services with the exception of eye lashes , which Ana recommended I do not need . They have a great selection of colors and have seen some beautiful designs. The prices are reasonable if not slightly undervalued. I gladly give 10 stars if I could.

I decided to treat myself to a manicure today after probably close to a year without one. This was my first and last time at D’Lux. I got a dip manicure. They are weirdly shaped, bulky and not painted in places. They got dip all over my hands to the point it looks like my children painted them and when I asked if they were going to clean it off they told me no – that’s how it is with dip. When you go home from a manicure you shouldn’t have to work to clean up your hands. I’ve had plenty of dip manicures and have never experienced this issue. They also have a bunch of dull spots all over them. No other manicure features – like a hand massage with lotion or even attending to your cuticles. I am beyond disappointed. Look elsewhere – there are plenty of options to choose from!

By far the worst customer service I’ve received in an establishment! You would think being a loyal customer for plus 3years, and having a scheduled appointment, they would honor it! But that wasn’t the case, I entered the location prior to my appointment. No acknowledged my presence, and I sat patiently waiting for 45 minutes before I decided to leave. They even took a walk in and while continuing to not acknowledge my presence. I’m truly shocked by this behavior because I’ve been coming faithfully twice a month for the past three years. The manager waits until I leave to proceed to ask my sister will I come back! Horrible! I would not recommend coming here! I truly feel they play favoritism. To think I always tip above 18% Rude!!!

I love this place. My french manicure and pedicure are always on point. I’ve been coming here for 7 years to get my lashes done with Ana. She’s the best at what she does. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with their services. I’ve tried other places for my lashes but unfortunately they ruined my natural lashes. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. I highly recommend dlux if you want beautiful nails and lashes. I will add that the location is great and parking is always available. LESLIE G.
