I was really disappointed. I had a regular manicure. Was nicked a few times. Had chips in the nails in less than 24 hours, see the pictures. The polish didn't even look even. I called the next day and was advised that the chipping happens with regular manicures and I should get gel or shellac. They did offer to fix the chips, but honestly I would not want to waste my time. I wear regular polish all the time and have never experienced the nails looking so poorly so quickly. The polish looks worse 4 days out than the 2 week old polish I had previously applied. Waste of money.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I came here earlier this year after a bad experience where I used to go. My cuticles were cut up and I was very unhappy with my nails. I had Nina do my shellac pedicure and manicure. I explained how cut up my fingers were. She was very gentle and did a very good job. I was so happy with what she did. I have since started having Bao do my manicure when I want dipped nails. He is always friendly and helpful to everyone. This time I asked for a Christmas design and I love it!!! He always does a great job as well!!!

I just moved to the area and I found this nail salon and haven't gone anywhere else since!! They are so kind and they do such a good job and work fast!! I get Gel X usually with a design!

I scheduled online appointments for myself and my daughter for Shellac manicures and pedicures (a child’s version for her). What we received was not what I booked. My daughter was given what appeared to be regular polish that was never cured under a light. I specifically scheduled Shellac and would have gladly paid for the proper service. Instead, it felt rushed and dismissive. My pedicure was fine — the massage and hot towel were nice — but the polish selection is very limited, and the colors do not match the samples once applied. My manicure was extremely rushed. There was no lotion, no massage, and no attention to detail — just quick shaping and polish. It did not feel like a full-service Shellac manicure.
