Love this location! When I first came here a few years ago I asked for a blonde specialist and was sent to Olivia - boy was that person right!! I’ve lived in 7+ states and had well more than that in stylists (including several in this area), and Olivia is one of only two to be able to get my very warm hair to have the cool icy blonde I want. It took a few sessions to get it all the way there (as it should and she was clear about since I had other color on my hair already) but since then I have a beautifully low maintenance balayage that I love! If you want someone who is truly talented at what she does, and for those of us who like blonde - someone who can actually get the right tone you want - I strongly recommend Olivia! I took my daughter to have her hair highlighted with Olivia Pope. I wasn’t there to pick her up but she came home with some purple in her hair. She told my daughter it was going to wash out in a few days. But-it did not. I called the salon to try to talk to Olivia. I did not get a return call for at least for a couple to 3 days. When I finally got a call back, I had missed the call and called back immediately and was hung up on 3 times. Finally, I resorted to contacting the salon on line and was told that I would get an email back. A few hours later, I got a response back stating that she was busy with another patron and would call me back as soon as she can. I have been waiting for a call back for over 2 weeks now. I have incredibly thick and coarse hair, and it is typically really difficult for people to cut. I got my hair cut on Thursday evening and it is honestly the best cut I have had in awhile. I wish I could remember the stylists name I have the worst memory and forgot her name but she was amazing! Very personable and efficient as well as professional. Will definitely be rebooking.

Had a long overdue haircut yesterday (6 months) with Krystan. She did a fantastic job! I always get long layers and blowout for overall styling at the end. My hair usually needs washing the next day because stylists tend to put a little too much product in my hair, but it still looks great today. And she didn't overdo my blowout. It still looks soft and like I just had it done today. I would highly recommend Krystan for a cut and/or a blowout. 😊

I can’t say enough good things about Olivia Pope! Every time I sit in her chair, I leave with the results I envisioned and somehow, she always exceeds my expectations. I tell her what I’m looking for, give her the creative freedom to work her magic, and she absolutely kills it every single time. On top of her incredible talent, she’s so easy to talk to and makes every appointment such a great experience. I’m a forever client!
