Came in with a 4C TWA after experiencing traumatic post partum hairloss. They saw me right away I was nervous and I could tell they were too but I was still treated very nice. I got a wash, deep condition, blow dry and flat iron for $80. They used a lot of heat protection, multiple layers. I feel much better now. Thank you

One of the stylists, I'm assuming the owner, burned the skin off my ear. Most definitely a third-degree burn. She didn't even offer to give some sort of discount or refund for reparations. How inconsiderate, unprofessional, and money hungry can you be! She knows that she did wrong as she kept on apologizing. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. I've been to various hair salons, even ones outside of the country, and this has never happened to me before. It has been about five months since I went to this salon and got this burn, and there is still a slight scar left behind. I know that pretty hurts, but y'all better be careful.
