When I tell you that I am more than impressed with this salon! This is wonderful Dominican salon. For all of my African-American and Dominican ladies this is where you need to be. I’ve known about Dominican hair salon for decades and I’m so glad that my daughter came here today. I was very impressed with their professionalism, excellent customer service, and their wonderful hair treatments.The owner Airam,is very skillful and knowledgeable . My daughter’s hair is absolutely beautiful and I would give this salon 10 stars if possible. If you want your hair to look absolutely gorgeous, read if you want your hair to grow long and beautiful, come here .They Straightening natural hair too ladies !!! Walk in with a bird nest Walked out with beautiful flowing hair. The way Ms. Polo slayed my hair you would think I got a perm. She even took the time to educate me thru the process. I was in amazed thru it all. I most definitely will be back.

She saved my hair disaster!! I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I came in extremely stressed after attempting to color my hair myself and realizing I had done more damage than I intended. From the very beginning, she was honest, professional, and incredibly reassuring. She did a strand test first and explained exactly what was going on with my hair instead of just pushing more color on my severely damaged head. She told me clearly that my hair could not handle any more permanent dye right now and that adding more would cause further damage. That alone earned my trust. She treated my hair, blended the color, and muted my unevenly red orange hair. She did a roller set instead of using direct heat because she did not feel comfortable putting additional stress on my hair.

Today is my first time coming to Mrs. Polo!! I really loved my experience and the vibe here. My hair is so much healthier now!!! She talked through everything and gave some great advice when it comes to my hair. It’s definitely worth the price. 10/10!!! I will be back in 2 weeks.

OMG, life-changing experience. The owner is well knowledged in her skill and passion for hair care. Absolutely stunning quality work it’s worth every penny. I have very thick hair damaged and has been mistreated for a long time and she revived every single strand I’ve never seen my hair so beautiful. I didn’t even think it was possible for my hair to look so good. I wish I would’ve met her years ago. I seen why she’s been in business for 16+ years she explained the products and the process so Good you’ll be getting a free class while getting your hair done. Can’t wait to see you in two weeks.
