Dominican Express Hair Salon & Barbershop

This place is a joke. They say they don’t take appointments, but the moment you walk in, they start pulling in their own people and claim those customers had “appointments.” Meanwhile everyone else is left sitting and waiting for no reason. They clearly play favorites and do not respect customers’ time at all. If you want a fair, honest, and professional salon, look elsewhere. This place is completely unreliable.

Came with my fiancé when he needed a quick hair cut came in and left out fast. I didn’t catch his name but he was young and and did such a amazing job

Did a horrible job and didn’t even line my hairline up. I was on a call with a fellow friend that speaks Spanish and I was informed that they were talking about me while cutting my hair nothing but horrible things.

Will have you waiting for hours before even letting you know they have 3+ appointments ahead of you. Happens the first couple times? It’s whatever but when it happens every time I visit, it’s just straight up disrespectful wasting my time like that.

I recently had an outstanding experience at this barber shop. Despite calling on the same day and finding out that Angel was fully booked, he went above and beyond to find time for my son. This is hands down the best barber shop I've been trying to find! Angel listened attentively to what my son wanted, making him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The result? My son left looking amazing and with a huge smile on his face. After having so many bad experiences elsewhere, discovering this gem right up the street has been a game-changer. Plus, for parents, there's a bar next door where you can enjoy a drink while waiting. Highly recommend this place!
