Paola gave me a wash & set in such a timely manner. She was so gentle with my hair. I didn’t get burned or have too much heat to a point that it’s uncomfortable. My hair came out so soft & flowy! Definitely will be back next time.

Please don’t come here if you’re looking to avoid being overcharged. The first time I came, I paid $60 for a full service that included a wash, deep conditioning, dryer set, layers, and trimming my ends. My hair is neck length (it doesn’t even touch my shoulders), so it’s not long or difficult to manage. When I returned today, I only asked for a simple wash and set. The stylist looked at me and said it would be $60 because my hair is “natural.” I was shocked because I explained that the last time I paid $60, it included much more than just a wash and set. Charging the same price for less service makes no sense. The inconsistency and lack of transparency in pricing are very disappointing.

I took a chance on this place after reading some of the reviews. I’m a natural girly and I needed someone who would be gentle with my hair. I’ve been getting blowouts my entire life and 80 dollars? For short hair? For a wash and blow? Nevermind that, what tripped me up the most about this place was that the women were BLATANTLY talking about me and over me throughout my entire service. Maybe they thought I didn’t understand but there is simply no excuse. It was so beyond degrading and just so rude. Horrible experience all around, I left feeling sad not at all happy about my hair. Overpriced, disrespectful just don’t bother. ZERO STARS.

The prices are a little high but as a black women with 4c hair they know what they doing my hair stays soft for a month and a half. Just for future reference when I do come in, I hear a lot of negrita whatever how you spell it and I know it means black girl or whatever in Spanish please try to refrain from talking about people of color, especially when your hair is the same texture as mines other than that you do a good job on my hair.

After doing a google search I decided to try out this salon and I am so happy I did. The service was fast and the ladies were kind, thorough, patient and attentive. We had a slight language barrier but it was nothing google translate could not fix. I went in with my hair looking obviously damaged to the point where I was considering cutting it off but after leaving this salon, I have hope that I can keep returning and they’ll help to restore health to my hair.
