Be very mindful to find out the correct price of your service if you decide to give this salon a chance. My regular salon was closed, so I Google another one in the area that may be open. I found this salon and called. I asked for a wash and blow dry, and how much would be the price. I was told it would be $25 or maybe extra depending on the length of my hair. I said okay great I will be there. I went in and told the lady I called, and she knew exactly what I wanted cause I was washed right away as I arrived. When I got my bill at the end I was told my bill was $50 my reactions was WHAT IS $50 she told me cause I blow dried and not roller set. I told her that is not what we discussed on the phone she said no that is not the price my mistake then started talking Spanish to the lady who did

They overprocessed my hair twice. I lost my hair, and back at square one. I’m back at my regular hairdresser in Harlem where I moved from, whom I couldn’t afford. This is the second time in 13 years I’ve lost my hair to someone else’s negligence.

I came to get a wash and blow out which started off good. Then they just sit you there and u have to wait with your hair wet and a mask on. The owner is rude I went to her after I was sitting there and she told me I got to wait they busy!! As if I wasn’t here before the other people. Then when I said I had something to do I can not wait she told me I have a problem!! Wow poor service they have they favorite customers and if u not one of them u get put last. That’s know why to run a business!! I will not be returning and I live 2 blocks away I rather go 10 blocks before I get treated poorly and I’m spending my money.

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and I must say that this place is the best in Canarise . I love Teresa and her staff! They know how to style and treat customers hair! They won’t over process your hair and if they cannot do a style they will surely advise…. Prices recently since COVID has tripled , it is what it is! I have visited other salons and I still end up going back to my neighbor stylist ! I am happy with Teresa and her staff! They’re always professional ; however, I have been there when they have to deal with RUDE and entitled customers ! It’s a hard job dealing with the public but they still try their best to maintain their composures and satisfy their customers needs!!!!

Do not waste your money here! Went in for a wash and blow dry.. when it was time to get my hair blowed out, respectfully told the lady to put the blow dryer on low. She caught an attitude with me. Smh some Dominican hair stylist don't understand that too much heat can damage your hair.
