Dominican Hair Salon

Ruined my curls and damaged my hair (major pieces were literally burnt off). Great style for about three days but three months later and I'm still trying to save my hair from massive breakage??? I came in for treatment not hair damage 0 stars if I could. There's no excuse for ruining my hair.

I've used Sonia for years!!! She comes to the rescue when I have a hair emergency...aka my last min plea. My hair always feels silky and healthy.

I was delightfully surprised when I got to the shop. Because of course, there were no Dominicans LOL at any rate. The first chair, I guess she's the owner. I'm not sure what her name is. She does superb work as matter of fact. The next time I go back, I would like her to do my hair. My stylist took her time she did exactly what i wanted, treating my hair with care. She even greased my scalp, my only gripe was. I didn't ask how much before I sat down. Although the cost when it comes to me, it's not a problem, but for a roller set, $70. I almost felt like she was trying to charge me for her entire day. It is what it is nice, people, decent atmosphere and they do good work, thank you.

I've been coming to Sonia for about 10 year's now. She has managed and grow my hair out. I started bring my daughter to her first to get her natural hair braided, she was at another location then. But I saw how she did someone else hair and started to come to her myself and been with her ever since. She is the best natural hairstylist I've been to since I went natural back in 2009. Awesome service and wonderful person 💜💜💜!

I have came to this salon twice before and the service was amazing! However, the time is always an issue. I was told to come at 11;30 and she didn’t get started until about 1pm. The wash was great! However the press was not. My hair is oily and Sonia was very rude by saying she couldn’t get it right because my hair was thick. Even though I have seen her do hair thicker than mine. Salon is hit or miss which is why I’m leaving the review.
