Been natural for 10 years, my curl pattern WAS tight. Got a blow out on December 1, 2025; since my blowout I’ve shampooed my hair twice. My curl pattern is GONE, my hair is falling out in clumps. I have no clue what was done but I do not recommend these folk for a natural hair service! I know hair very well especially mine, so to be honest it’s something in their shampoo that’s being used.

My daughter has a mixed texture hair and it's been so hard to take care of it as she is also tender headed. I tried flat ironing each morning but it's time-consuming. My friend told me about this place and they did her hair perfectly! No chemicals used, naturally healthy and silky. Of course it cost me more than $20 at great clips but it was definitely worth it!

I went here because of all the rage on tiktok and got a blow out. I lived how it turned out but when I washed it my curls were very loose and smelled like relaxer or some product. I feel like there was some chemical added to my hair which is unfair as I wasn’t informed. Now i don’t know what to do

I had got a blowout in October of 2022. I was very reluctant bc I’m natural and haven’t used heat in my hair in a while but I was out of options. I get my hair done by them and liked the results. HOWEVER after the blow out my hair was RUINED. All 4 years of hard work went down the drain. I don’t know if they put relaxer in the shampoo but my curls are NOT coming back months later. It’s dry, damaged, split ends and a bunch of relaxed hair strands that only happen when you use RELAXER. My natural girls do not go here!!! Before and after pictures. I went from having curl pattern to absolutely nothing at all.

My daughter gets her hair done here and they do a great job! We are always in and out with an appt on the weekdays and her blow outs last a while! We used to go to the North Tryon location and they do just as well as the old Vip in Charlotte if not better! 😊
