If I can give them 0 stars I would. The lady who did my hair burnt out a patch of my hair with the blow dryer on high heat. After I told her I didn't want my hair blowed dried after sitting under the dryer with a roller set. I wanted to keep the curls from the roller set. She never mentioned it, but naturally I smelled when it happened. Giving her a chance to let me know.. instead she tried to cover it up but pulling the other side of my hair over her mess. I asked how much is it, she had the nerve to day $75.00. I told her I will not pay $75.00 you burned my hair and try do cover it up. Now you have the nerve to say maybe it came out from braids when I only wear braides one a year. I'm a natural hair girl and my hair is too fine textured and is too soft for hard or harsh things pulling

I used to come to this salon before the pandemic to get my hair done by Rossy. She’s a great stylist & my hair always turned out really well. But I don’t think Rossy is still affiliated with this salon. I asked for blonde highlights, and my hair is red & orange. Absolutely not what I asked for...and I was charged $345!!!!!!! The first picture is what I asked for...the other 3 are how my hair turned out.

I went there today and I must say I was pleased. I was greeted, she was polite and pleasant. She did a great job on my hair and I’ll be back.

these people don’t know how to drive how do you expect people to get in their car. stupid.
