Like I mentioned in my initial review, I know how many clients was there because I counted and I was before two that were being styled along with the elderly woman that was next to me under the hair dryer. She was called before me when all you had to do was the check the sign in sheet like I suggested because she came after me. I also got a roller set which said $55 on the price list that you showed me, but I was charged $80. Have a good day and learn how to treat new clients.

Rose welcomed me with a hug. I had not had my hair done in so long. She stayed late to finish my tangled hair, it came out so beautiful. I was worried she wouldn't know how to properly care for African American hair but she did a great job. I will be back!

I've been going to D'Tati's salon on Falls Road for 10+ years, and visited this salon last Saturday before a last minute trip. I'm SHOCKED by how damaged my hair is! Not only do I have heat damage but some sort of chemical was used without my consent. I'm assuming the woman to the right when you first walk in is the owner - she did my hair once before and was very patient and did a great job. That one in the back on the left - please stop playing in people's face/hair. I WISH THESE DOMINICAN SALONS WOULD STOP PERMING OUR HAIR and calling it deep conditioner. Ugh!
