I've been going to this nail shop for years and for the most part they've been consistent with good service. I love Ms. Cindy and some of the other techs are nice and good as well. The price point is better than other places. They offer a rewards program too.

I will not be returning. Which Selena sent me the attached unprofessional text message. About a month prior to my visit, I spoke with Cindy, who recommended a “young girl” she felt would do well with my nails. I made note of this and decided to give it a try a month later. When I called to schedule, I spoke with a woman on the phone and described the technician exactly as she had been described to me. I was told to come in at 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there was immediate confusion about which technician I was referring to. Although concerning, I chose to proceed. I then learned that the technician who was supposed to service me was already with another client. Again, I overlooked this. My first time at this nail salon and I had a great experience. It’s a nice size and newly renovated. They offered me water or wine. I chose moscato. I sat in the pedicure chair for 10 minutes before they got started and got my gel fill-in done at the same time. I wasn’t there long and my nails and toes were done beautifully! The pedicure was done just to my liking!
