DOUBLE T NAILS

I went to get my nails and toes done yesterday 3/7, something simple. The man messed up on my nails and then charged me $115. I didn't realize it until I left that that was the amount. Usually when I go it's $80 and looks much better not rushed.

The person who did my nails was very rude and appeared to be in a hurry. I tried to explain to him that my nails didn’t look good, but he just couldn’t understand. I told him multiple times that I wanted them shorter, yet he continued to do whatever he wanted. I will never go back again.

Absolute worst place on Lubbock. I asked fur shellac over my nails he left bumps and and mess ups all over my nails which I didn’t see until I left and got out in the sun, I went back and the girl said she would fix them but made it worse tried to get my money back only to be told that she didn’t know how and I had to talk to the owner my friends had dip powder done and hers were horrible also

Been going here for years and if something didnt go right, there are always happy to fix and I dont think the price is bad considering all they do. Love this Family and their Shop 💯

At the last minute I decided to go to the nearest salon to fix my horrible nails I had done the day before at another nail salon. The lady that helped me was very friendly. I initially just wanted my nails cleaned up and repainted but she ended removing them and putting on a new set. She took her time and did a great job. I will definitely be going back.
