I had a lovely time at Downtown Designs with Casey today! She is lovely! We have such wonderful conversations while she does my roots and trims my hair. She does a fabulous job every time. I can tell she cares about her clients and this quality is why I come back and back again and again.

Kylie cut my hair, as I wanted someone who had 20 Plus years experience. She was very calm and understanding of what I wanted, which was the 'Farrah Fawcett" cut, 'STILL'! I also met the owner, Kelly, who was very Elegant and Cordial! :) Nice feel to the place too! ;)

Love this salon! Kelly is my stylist, who is fabulous, but Kylie and Kristen are amazing and so much fun to be around. They know their products if you are an Aveda fan! Would recommend Downtown Designs to anyone who asks!

Kelly did the bridal party's hair for my sister's wedding and we were all so happy with her work! She was quick but also thorough and friendly. I went to her for a haircut and was also very pleased! My hair is wavy and quirky and she took the time to listen to me and make sure I was happy with the cut and style. She also complimented my DIY hair color instead of trying to shame me into using a professional like some other stylists do. There was no pressure to buy products which I love. The price was shockingly low compared to other salons nearby and I would be willing to pay more for the amazing service I received. I will definitely come back to Kelly for my next cut! I see hairstylist, Kylie Gagnon she has been my haircutter stylist for 25 or more years. She’s wonderful. I wouldn’t let anybody else touch my hair at all. If I can’t find her on a good day I’ll wait she’s wonderful. Specially, with color.
