Had a girl that has probably mostly only washed hair before do my full service, and she continued to burn my scalp, my ears, and my hair repeatedly. I don't have a sensitive scalp either, she just clearly did not know what she was doing and has most likely damaged my hair. This was my go to salon and i hadn't been since before the pandemic. I brought more than enough since it was my birthday and i wanted to tip big, but I wanted to get out as fast as possible today. I will never be coming back again. The two senior stylists there didn't even offer to take her place after witnessing all of this or to coach her. Update: I had only noticed a couple days afterwards, but from her continuously touching my ear with the barrel of the blow dryer, i have two burns on the top of my left ear. I should

The beautician Anna is excellent with natural,perm, and cut any style... reasonable price and treatment with hair. There's a great lady that really wash your hair good. I would highly recommend if hair needs help or you in the neighborhood.

On January 4 2019 got highlights done My hair came out beautiful until a month after my hair started to fall out and braking and now In May my hair still falling and braking like crazy got a hair cut to try to help my hair and nothing is helping I’m not sure what kind of people they have working here because the girl that did my highlights completely ruined my hair by leaving the color for too long in my hair And also bleached my hair when my hair is naturally black There was no need for her to bleached my hair I don’t think she care about the costumer all she care about is her paycheck in addition to that keep going back and every time I go and wash my hair it won’t last not even 4 days before my hair starts to feel dirty again they have a problem with water and don’t put enough when wash
