DQ Nail Bar

I have been going to DQ for over 5 years now and will never go back after today. Not only did the nail artist do an absolute terrible job on my nails, she was incredibly rude. I have never had an experience like today at a salon. She was aggressive, bending my arms and fingers in uncomfortable and strange ways and was overall mean. My nails are different shapes and lengths. Some polish is on my skin while other nails are missing large spots of polish. The experience today was bad enough to make me never return.

I've been coming here since last year I believe. The first time was so great I had to continue going. Ive had a few different do my nails and neither of them cut me or left my gel nails unfiled. They try their best at nail art and its always turned out so good! The place has always been nice and cleanly as well. Thank you guys for the wonderful jobs you do! In fact, ill see ya tomorrow:)

Very disappointed. $120 for a below mediocre pedicure. And full set. And when I asked for the break down they didn’t even explain now the full set went from $48 to $68. All solid color and no design. And there was no cleaning up my cuticles. If you want to pay that much go to JAS nail bar. Where I have been going but they are closed right now on vacation. Next time I will wait.

I had a whole paragraph written down but google logged me off.. ridiculous.. anyways I went there two days ago.. with my mother she had a pleasant experience ( happy for her.. and I in the other hand.. was feeling so upset & disappointed when u left.. I stayed quiet due to the conversations we had with the ladies.. but with the lady Anna please be aware that she might not even know what she’s doing.. she came up to me with her tools idk if they were clean.. but I was so confused she started working on my toes & said I didn’t need a trim which I understood due to me cutting them a while back they’ve been growing slowly.. & so I tell her if she could do acrylic on just my big toes.. she cut me.. slightly & I didn’t notice till the end when she put some chemical not sure if it’s alcohol or na

I had gone there to get a pedicure with my friend and they were nice and welcome but when we got sat down and the lady started doing our toes she had cut my big toe nail and split the nail then tried to rip it off. She pulled it the wrong direction and it was extremely painful. She was very fast and sloppy about it as well. The next day i noticed my toe was inflamed and very red. I gave it a day or two and it was so painful and i finally soaked it today in epsom salt and drained some pus from it. I believe I got an infection due to this lady ripping my nail and not properly cleaning it after doing so. I will not be returning.
