Most nail salons offer a drink to me- this one didn’t. The pedicure chairs don’t have faucets for running water, so she filled the bucket with warm water from a nearby sink. The water wasn’t hot enough for my liking. The emery boards used on my nails were already previously used. The towel that was put under my feet and that was used to wipe my toe nails was already soiled/dirty before we began. 😅 There’re a few reviews about hygiene/sanitization. I would have to agree that I won’t be returning to this salon again for hygiene reasons and because I’ve had a better experience at others. And the chairs here are not massage chairs. I didn’t see any licenses/certifications hanging on the walls. The parking lot is very small and there’s a random small curb at the entrance that I accidentally ran

Let me start by saying that Nancy, the owner, truly makes you feel like family. This is an overall amazing place with a friendly atmosphere and excellent service. I absolutely love coming here for my nails and pedicures. Everyone is kind, and no matter who does your nails, they all do outstanding work. The facility is always clean and well-presented. The nail and pedicure technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and very skilled. They also do beautiful artwork upon request. I’ve been coming here for over six years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The owner is unprofessional and does not manage time well. We discussed getting my nails done, yet five other people were taken before me. I truly did not appreciate that. The service is also extremely slow. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

I GOT INFECTION on my toe. I got my pedicure from this place and the girl never changed the water nor cleaned my feet with clean water after. She rinsed my feet with the same water after exfoliating my feet. Also I saw they were bushing off other customers dead skin from their tools. It’s beautiful in there but it is not hygienic at all!

Do not WASTE YOUR TIME. I am from out of town came in Miami to celebrate my best friends birthday. Needed my toes done real quick. Called the facility and verified what time they could accept their last client which I was told I had to be here by 6:30. I arrived at 6:20 to then be told they were closed. I paid for a uber and wasted my time coming up here to get NO SERVICE ! They take no accountability when I pointed out they told me to come by 6:30 it was just oh we close mama. Go make an appointment at a different shop you don’t waste your time, energy or money !
