Dream Nails Lounge

The salon is pretty, staff is kind and friendly, but the gel manicure lasted less than 24 hours. Update: I went there and they fixed it for free. Will definitely go there again.

I walked in the store and there was no one at the front desk. There was no one customer and one technician seen. I said hello and there was no response, even though the technician looked right at me. Then she said something in her native language and someone came out from the back and said they were busy. I said I had called to make an appointment from the day before, and she said no. At that point I realised that I had probably came to to wrong nail salon, but the customer service was just so poor that I had to say something. On the door there was the sign that walk-ins were welcomed, so I asked about it she said they were busy. There was only one person in the store. They left a very back impression, and lost service that could have been regular. A good first impression is so important!

The atmosphere of this salon is extremely relaxing and the interior is absolutely beautiful. Everyone there was super nice and polite. Ben was the man who did my nails, and they looked wonderful! I got a gel manicure, and one of the polishes I got was defective (which was realized after they were completely done), but he immediately noticed, removed it, and re-did it without any complaint at all. As another person wrote, they want their customers to like the final result. Very professional and I would highly recommend!

The place is nice,clean, and calming... But the main reason I look forward to my pedicure every month is a nice professional and experienced lady called Mary Ann, who works there. She makes the whole experience like a meditation for me! Mary Ann always does a great job, never rushes, and has decades of experience in this field! She knows English very well and has a very deep and well educated personality! I give her a 5 star!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had Mary take care of my pedicure that day. She is very attentive to my feet. She did a great job on my pedicure, probably the best work I've ever gotten on my feet. unfortunately I do not live close to the area, but everytime I'm in that area I will definitely see Mary if she's available to me feet done. The price isn't bad for the area and for what you get either.
