visiting for the first time and needed a fresh set. i walked in 30 min before closing, showed a picture of what i wanted and kim didnt hesitate to sit me down and did a great job!!! definitely recommend if you are in the area or just passing through.

I wanted to love this place but it's really a hit or miss. The first time was great, the manicurist was slow but neat so I decided to go back. My biggest issue is the unevenness of the polish and the scrubbing on my feet or lack thereof. The lady went over my feet three times and was done, 20 seconds maximum however, the person sitting next to me was “going to town” on the other customer feet. Another issue I encountered was again with the polish. I got gel polish on my hands. Used that same polish on my feet but somehow she didn’t use the gel instead she used regular. As a result a had to wait longer for the polish to dry. Apparently, I was sitting there to long because the lady basically put me out.

Wow what an experience had my nails and toes done tried to speak with the tech and the people doing my toes. They refused to speak English nail polish all over my cuticles refused to fix asked To speak with a manager they gave me a number to a guy named Tim. The caller ID said bien Nails and he hung up on me.. what crappy customer service don’t waste your time there go somewhere else where they actually care about you.

If you are ready to get judged by a damn pedicure this is your spot. Very unprofessional they forget you’re paying for a service. I was able to take a video because she walked by 3x wt a nasty face
