I don’t usually write negative reviews, but given the cost and nature of IV therapy, I feel this experience needs to be shared. I went to Dripp IV on Friday for a Myers Cocktail drip. I called ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and my partner. During scheduling, we were told all IVs would be 50% off for first-time clients. We completed the intake process (which took about 20 minutes) and then arrived for our appointment. Once there, I opted for the Boss Lady drip, which is listed as a Myers Cocktail with a larger 1000cc bag and added vitamin D. At no point was I told this drip was excluded from the first-time discount, and it appears on the same menu as the other IVs with no exclusions noted. I had such a great experience at Dripp IV Therapy in Downey! The space is super clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Exactly what you want when you’re coming in to recharge and take care of yourself. I love that it’s located in the heart of Downey, but also away from traffic where I can privately enjoy my therapy in comfort. Vanessa was amazing! I highly recommend her. My husband has been telling me he needed to do an iv so I did a little research and came across this place and I’m so glad I did. They have a few locations but we came to Downey. Our nurse was Nurse Jocelyn and she was AMAZING!! Made us extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect. Comfortable chairs and a blanket to relax while you get your iv bag. We got the meters cocktail with a glutathione booster. The vibes were vibing lol we will definitely be returning
