Rosa is a Professional hair stylist with the upmost respect for her customers. She has a personality that can lure anyone even through a conversation on the phone to become a customer of her establishment. I could tell the day Rosa answered my advertising message of needing a hair stylist whom can color and style my hair to my liking. Having some not so good experiences with other hair stylists during my life time and being a new resident in Ocala, FL, I felt the need to reach out to Google and Yelp because they are a good source of information . I made a list from Google and Yelp of Hair stylists in my area. Then left phone or text messages on their phones. Rosa and one more hair stylist answered my message. Rosa was the one I chose because we connected immediately. My experience

I had long hair, asked for shoulder length, left with a LOPSIDED butch cut that I have been covering with a hat. She didn’t listen or consider my hair’s unique qualities, just glanced at a photo and started chopping, didn’t stop to tell me what she was doing or ask questions... On a positive note it was fast and affordable, as long as getting what you actually want isn’t important.

The owner did a great job with my daughter's hair! She has really tight curls, her blowout was beautiful & lasted her over a week.
