oh my goodness gracious. i was feeling so under the weather for the past week and i wanted to feel beautiful without going through my 2+ styling routine with my hair. i decided to impulsively book an appointment for the first time at dry bar. i’m running late and they were able to accommodate my lateness. they pair me up with dani and she ATE DOWN. she was so amazing. she got in my roots in the bowl and during my blowout. i’ve never seen my hair so silky smooth with no press (i have thick coarse wavy curly hair) she was so professional and i can’t believe that this was my first time coming into drybar. love dani and her ways. she made SURE my hair was going to eat for at least a week. everyone there was so nice and it was honestly such a girl’s girl place i loved it. love you dry bar🤍 can

Made appt for myself and my daughter as we were celebrating her birthday. Told the lady, how excited we were for the scalp massage as we were looking for someplace that does that. After the wash, it was discovered they only had one of us down for the massage. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal but the lady that was working with me was so rude about it clearly annoyed. Their website advertises for the additional money you would get a 10 minute massage... it was less than 3 and I would not call it a massage. Add on the fact that I was pissed made it worse. The young lady that worked with my daughter was amazing and even apologized for the other ladies rudeness. The most painful and awful blowout I’ve ever had. They don’t care about the health of your hair. I walked out with a blowout I could’ve done better myself at home with my own products. A huge disappointment and waste of time and money. Also not to mention the lady who did my hair let me know she didn’t even like her job. She barely washed my hair, almost burned me, and was SO rough. I’ve never had a more horrible experience

Do not recommend this location. Went to get my hair done for a special event. My stylist refused to wash my hair and said it was best to just dry style, however I was still charged for a regular blowout. On top of that I asked to keep my hair straight and was just ignored as the stylist insited she knew better. Will not be back.

This review is long overdue but is definitely needed. Dry Bar, after an almost year long membership, has been an awful experience. My regular stylist was great! The complaint I have is about the stylists they have that I was assigned when my regular stylist was unavailable. I’ve treated family and friends to a blowout and NONE of them have enjoyed their hair being done. Long, claw like nails digging into their scalp during shampooing, not delivering on the style despite picking the style from their own book, curls lasting less than a couple of hours after leaving, and when you tell the manager, or the District Manager (Rita), her answer is to give you a free add on next time.
