⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rahlovel is an absolute ROCKSTAR! I just had the best blowout of my life at Drybar and I’m still obsessed with how incredible my hair looks. He did a full Blowout with the most gorgeous, bouncy curls at the ends — seriously Hollywood-worthy volume and movement that’s lasted days. He also treated my hair with the Bay Breeze treatment, and it feels so soft, shiny, and healthy right now. What really made the experience though was Rahlovel himself. He’s super cool, crazy fun, and so personable — the whole appointment felt like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be a hair genius. He listened to exactly what I wanted, gave great advice, and had me laughing the entire time. I walked out feeling like a million bucks with red-carpet hair. If you’re lucky enough to get Rahlovel, B
Had such a lovely time at this Drybar! We had a work group of 5 ladies and all of us came out looking stunning and had a blast. I had Charlene (I believe was her name) and she was such an angel. Just ensure you’re on time :)
I had the most wonderful blowout today with Fernando. He was meticulous in the blowout and styling. I wanted loose, natural curls with no hot tools used. I was amazed at the result! He is awesome.
I was 5 min early and was taken in 20 minutes late with no apology or explanation from the very entitled african american receptionist named autumn (recognizable by a horizontal lip piercing on her bottom lip). she was rude, dismissive and shouldn’t be in a customer service role. the stylist and blowout itself were fine but let’s discuss the hypocritical policy of allowing the salon to run 20 min late but turning away (AND still CHARGING!!) clients that are 10 min late. bottom line is dry bar is no longer worth the $64 basic blowout charge now that it operates on a francise model.
I love Drybar but i do not recommending this location. I asked for a simple wave clean look, and even showed her the picture, she ended up doing an old fashion. Now I have to fix them by myself at home. What a waste :((
