DTLA Nails

This is in response to a very recent negative review, because I witnessed the entire interaction… I’ve been a long-time client of several of the artists here - Lam, Annie, Kevin, and others - and I want to acknowledge not only their incredible talent, but their patience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. These artists don’t just do nails, they hold space. They’ve been there for me during some genuinely hard moments in my life, always with grace, care, and warmth. Today, I witnessed a situation that honestly broke my heart. A customer came in already combative and dismissive, from the moment she checked in, it was clear she was determined to be unhappy. I’m obsessed. Annie does my Gel X nails and she’s amazing, super detailed, gentle, and always gets the shape and design exactly how I want it. The salon itself is clean, modern, and relaxing, and everyone there is so friendly. I always leave with perfect nails that last for many weeks. Highly recommend asking for Annie if you want the best Gel X in downtown LA!

I would highly recommend this nail salon! Everyone who works here is very kind, respectful, and talented. I had 3 different nail artists do my nails and each one did an amazing job with the designs so you know you’re in good hands no matter who does your nails. This has become my new go to spot!

I love this place! My nail lady is Lam. They are fast and very friendly. Their prices are standard and they are always flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend you don't go after work because it tends to be busy. The salon is very clean as well.

Got a basic dip manicure with Annie and a silver gel pedicure with Marie—both did a great job! Clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend. They also did my services separate like I requested. Will definitely come back :)
