Dulaney Nails

My mom and I had very mixed experiences here. Both nail techs were very friendly but my mom’s nails came out very sloppy and when she told her nail tech she wasn’t happy with them she “fixed” them and they came out like this. Her nail tech was named Linda. She was very nice but just a bad job.

From the second I walk in, I was relaxed. The nail colors were so well organized and it was super easy to find a color. I was approached quickly and politely and I was immediately taken care of. Vee was so polite and made me super relaxed during my manicure. Delaney Nails exhibits true customer service. Giving me options and asking my preferences! Not the best hand photographer but I loved my nails!

Accidentally found my forever nail salon on purpose lol I stumbled into this nail salon in 2021 while running late to an event, and what started as a last-minute decision turned into a long-term commitment. I’ve been coming ever since, and let me be clear. I never regret spending a single dime here. The customer service is unmatched. Every single staff member is professional, welcoming, and incredibly talented. I like everybody here… but not enough to expose who my favorite is 😂 (if you know, you know). What I will say is this: I’ve never had a bad experience, no matter who serviced me. The quality is consistently top-tier. My nails always come out clean, precise, and exactly how I want them, sometimes even better. I’ve tried going elsewhere a few times, and every time I do, I immediate

Got a regular manicure and they did an amazing job! I had some special requests and they accommodated to my needs! Also, VERY clean. I will be back :)

Awful experience, got a number 4 pedicure and it was a complete rip off. Quick, rushed, and zero pampering. Was there for 30 minutes total after we told them we want the pampering package. Totally disappointed. Very unfortunate, we had higher expectations. I've had numerous pedicures- where they always massage a decent amount, and the massage lasted a MINUTE. I specifically went with the fancier pedicure package because I wanted pampering, and I pointed out to them they advertised this package so poorly and misleading if they aren't going to do everything that's listed. The employees didn't seem to care at all and just shrugged it off. Their deluxe pedicure packages are a joke.
