First off, you get to take your shoes off and put on slippers, which is awesome. The receptionist was really friendly, and offered us something to drink. I wasn't even scheduled (I was there for a friend's appointment), but I talked about starting laser and they were able to get me in right after. The technician was very informative and explained everything she was doing as she went along. She even stopped to check if I was ok at certain points. Definitely going to make another appointment here next month.

I have sun damage from years of outdoor adventuring. I had CO2 laser done 4 yrs ago elsewhere and loved the results. That clinic no longer offers the service so I turned to DMS. Based on the differences between these experiences, I would not recommend using them for laser resurfacing. The coverage was significantly less thorough and precise. When I followed up, I was told the results were appropriate per their protocol and that the areas that weren’t treated required an additional service fee and consent due to the additional risks. I had scheduled a pretreatment meeting to ensure they could address specific areas of concern that were ultimately not treated fully. Today was my first visit and I am beyond impressed. The office is clean and inviting. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable during my treatment and am already happy with the results. I felt like I was in amazingly professional hands the entire time. Definitely recommend!

I went in for a lip filler consultation and left with two appointments scheduled lip filler and cold peal !! Very happy and feel very informed about my schedule procedures. Jen lemon was amazing!! And I don’t remember the young lady at the front deck name but she was very welcoming and informative about the facial product that I also bought from then. Very excited for what’s ahead!!!!
