I visited your salon yesterday for a haircut and color service. Before starting, I clearly showed the stylist a reference photo of the look I wanted. The appointment took approximately 4.5 hours, which felt excessive given that I have very fine, short hair. After returning home, I noticed that none of my gray hair was covered. I also still see noticeable orange streaks from my previous color, even with the highlights that were done. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the time spent and the $199 I paid for the service (before tip). I called the salon the following morning to ask how this could be corrected. I was told to call back when the owner was available. When I spoke to the owner, I was told that I should have specifically stated that I wanted my gray hair cove

Loan has been doing my hair for the past 6 years. Asian guy hair can be tricky to cut right, but she does it with ease and style. I always come out of there feeling like a million bucks. She is very accommodating, and prices are fair as well. Great experience for me every time. Highly recommended.

I cannot rave enough about this place. Only people I'll trust! Absolute slam dunk in the eyebrow threading department (men's brows need not be afraid either!) ☺ They will take the time to listen to you and hear ex ctly what you want to do, and if they can't for some reason they will let you know and refer you to a fellow stylist at their salon that can! Cuts, dyes, brows, waxing or threading, you name it they can nail it! 💅

Lisa was absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she was able to accommodate me exactly! The price was very affordable as well :) I’ll be a returning customer!

This was my first time getting hair highlighted. Tracy did a wonderful job. She did exactly like the picture I showed her. Very satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!!
