Frank is the best! My mom and I have been going to him for so manyyyyyy years and no one is like him! He always knows what is on trend with haircuts and styles and really takes his time helping us look our best. Highly recommend Frank! Kelly also did a beautiful blow out! I am quite picky and she is a pro for sure. Lastly, the salon is gorgeous. I love the interior design!

I just moved to the area and needed a new hairdresser. I was intimidated to go to a new salon, but I'm so glad that I did. Not only did I find a new hairdresser (Gloria, who is wonderful!), but a place to get my hair done the morning of my wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Nicoletta was so nice and made me feel like a priority. In total it was 13 of us getting our hair done in the span of 3 hours and they made us feel so welcomed. I also got my makeup done by Alexandra who was so nice and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She did such a wonderful job! I can't recommend dé-al salon enough!

Have been going here for years and I get compliments about my brownish red hair constantly. Have tried other places who colored my hair orange, purple, neon 😵‍💫but Anna got it right. The glaze and conditioner they use makes my dry dull hair soft and shiny. Every employee is very professional and eager to do a wonderful job. Highly recommend! LK- Great Neck, NY

Honestly, I had to leave a review because I was just in disbelief at how deceiving the reviews were first off. I don’t even mean to leave these type of reviews, but when I walked in, no one greeted me the reception decided to finish her conversation first with another worker before she greeted me at the door and then when I start my hair, I tell them I want curls but I didn’t specify what type of curls I wanted as yet I said I wanted it loose and the lady grabs the tightest smallest iron barrel there is and just began and my curls look so tight and I didnt like it at all. Im nice so I’m not going to make a scene and the lady who did my hair was nice i guess. But no one seemed welcoming and I really hated my hair (I hate to say) it was for my birthday and I had no choice but to go out with

No matter where in Long Island I’ve lived, I go to De-Al to get my hair done. Leslie is a master colorist and at this point I trust her not only with my hair color but with my life. If you’re looking for a cut and style, you can’t go wrong with Paula and Joyce. Perfect every time. Friendly, accommodating, and full of talent, this is my go-to salon for all my beauty needs. I even bring my mother and my 6 year old daughter to get their hair done there.
