E Med Spa - Medical Spa in Rancho Bernardo

It was my first time visiting the Rancho Bernardo location. I usually go to the El Cajon location, and I was truly impressed with the ambience and the workers at this location. I got a Botox and Sculptra March special package and nurse Saj Gave me an amazing deal to where I saved $1150. Thank you so much E Med Spa team!

Don’t bother! Ridiculously overpriced. Had a micro dermabrasion Facial on 12/30/25 at 10:30. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the aesthetician. She was sitting at the reception and checked me in. She did not show any professionalism or knowledge. didn’t ask about my cleaning routine, didn’t examine my skin or gave any input about its condition and how I should treat it. The treatment itself lasted 35 minutes on the bed. It included basic skin cleaning ( 5 minutes), micro dermabrasion treatment (about 15 minutes )and packed sheet face mask with led light (about 15 minutes). Then she rubbed the mask remaining solution on my skin and finished the appointment. no massage was included. Believe it or not they charge $125 for this treatment. I went to this place for Botox and nearby Rancho bernardo. It is a new place very convenient lots of parking clean professional. My only critique would be that they should show you the syringe before they inject and after so that you know you are getting what you paid for I feel like there was leftover Botox in the syringe and I was charged for it. I should have said something at the time but I did not. So far I've been happy with my results and it was a pleasant experience

The Rancho Bernardo location is fantastic! The team went above and beyond to tailor my treatment to my needs. The spa has a relaxing atmosphere, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about each client. I love how consistent the quality is between locations—every visit feels like a premium experience!
