The ladies are very nice. I have been there three times. The first time was good. The 2nd time the platinum and gray color mixed hair they used was beautiful. However the braids were so tight. I took almost 2 weeks to feel relief. The 3rd time, I had box braids no extensions on my hair. The young lady there did them. She was fast. They weren't as small as I like but I received a lot of compliments. My biggest complaint the third time is she must have used edge control gel to braid my hair because the braids would not lay down for a whole week. I had to braid them into two plaits. Overall, I just wish they wouldn't braid so tight. Even when you tell them it's like they don't really know how to not braid tight.

Today is my first time coming here to get my hair braided and I had an excellent experience! My appointment was at 8 am, Ms. Momo was here waiting on me! This was the best service I’ve had since I started getting braids over 30 years! The were fast and very courteous. This off the first time were I can move my braids without it hurting and my braids are sooo neat!

I have been here a few times and I will always always go back. They are reasonable, and they do an excellent job. Very pleasnt and respectful environment.

I got 6 feed-in braids. Added accessories and I love them. Thank you. I will go back to get knotless braids! Update: went back and got knotless. All three ladies did a superb job on them. Update: went back and got feed in braids straight to the back. They normally do a good job on my hair but today was something entirely different. It started off strong but got bad towards the end. I only wanted 8 braids and I got 8 but they started to slant. One side looks different than the other. Not to mention a huge lump on the left side where it was braided at. I’m disappointed thus, why I changed my rating. I tried to make it cute by adding silver clips in it. I’m not sure if that did it justice.
