Melody did a wonderful job with my Deluxe Spa Pedicure. She was careful, attentive, and extremely detailed with her work. She did my nails a few weeks prior, and that was also a fantastic experience. The pedicure was worth the $55 as it included everything as stated in the description. I've been to other locations that provide less than acceptable services for what I have asked and paid for, particularly when I pay extra for a longer leg massage. Melody went above and beyond! What I appreciate so much about this salon is that the staff respect the calm, the quiet, etc., that customers often (at least I do) come to experience. I came in around 3:35 PM because the salon’s sign says “Walk-ins Welcome.” I was asked what service I wanted and explained that I was looking for a clear acrylic overlay. I was told they don’t do overlays, and shortly after was told they couldn’t see me because they were too full. While I understand that salons get busy, the interaction felt unwelcoming, and one of the clients being serviced repeatedly turned around and made faces, which made the situation uncomfortable. I left politely, but if a salon advertises walk-ins as welcome, I would expect clearer communication or enough staff to assist new clients, or at least a more respectful experience.
