I will never step foot in that establishment again. I called but their line was busy so I decided to go in since they offer walk-in service as well. I went upstairs and greeted everyone. No one responded and then finally a lady said hello. I approached her and told her it’s my first time, I would like a layered bob. She proceeds to tell someone who I believe is the owner or something. Then makes a loud announcement asking “Who’s interested in doing a swayed bob”. Some stylists are not responding and others are laughing. One stated she had two customers, which was fine but at this point the vibe is off, weird, unprofessional and embarrassing. After that it went silent in the shop like no one can could offer a simple solution. Feeling myself becoming upset. I just looked at the lady and said

Back in August, I did a half up half down which turned out nice. I waited around 5+ hours before I got my hair done. This was cool since it was a weekend and it’s walk in only. Today (10/14), I called at 10 AM to see when they take their last appointment. I know the card says 6 but wanted to be sure since it was a week day. Whoever answered confirmed 6 was the last appointment and I could come in. I rushed from my job to get to the salon for 5:15. When I arrived, there were 2 people there. I sat down and no on said a word!!! It got to the point where I asked one of the ladies should I sign in. I like to support business women. But this was the most horrible experience. Edith was so rude and unprofessional. This was my first time there and she was snapping at me and getting an attitude like I did something wrong. Just negative energy. She asked me to help her thread my hair. I could have sworn I was customer and not the hair dresser. My hair is blah and I will not be going there again. I suggest you don’t either

I got my hair done about 2 weeks again. It looked very nice. Unfortunately, the tracks weren't sewed in good. An there are treads hanging throughout the back of my hair. I quite sure that the treads shouldn't be hanging when you get your hair done. Sally also did my daughters hair. She has no hanging threads nor have any of her tracks come out. This morning I went to do my hair. There a half of track hanging from the side my head to halfway throughback of my head. . With the tread completely loose on the rest of the track. The row below that isn't even sewed across the whole track. This is very disappointing. Not done property..

This place is nothing like it used to be to be I brought my daughter here to get her hair done .. first one here.. this lady took so many break for a dew in … first break to eat you just got here start her hair then want to break to eat.. and 3 more breaks to help fo other people hair … my daughter said she kept yanking and hurting her head… my daughter said only the braided was nice to her and she was the only person that got a tip
