I came in for a gel manicure and I am overly satisfied. The actual manicure was thorough. My nails and cuticles were properly cleaned up and I was recommended to try the builder base to help my polish last longer. They came out neat and perfect, will return.

Had a really wonderful experience here! Jolin was super professional and experienced. She completely understood exactly what I wanted and helped teach me the different types of gel manicures. I opted for Gel Hardener (builder gel) because I want to have it removed each time. They also have UV gel which is where you can just get refills when you’re ready. I like how the Hard Gel sits on my nails. It’s super thin but super strong- and I’ve had it last up to a month before! Prices are competitive. Highly recommended.

This place does beautiful work when doing nail services, but please don't get waxed here. I came in to get a simple lip wax. They prepped my skin with an acetone cleaner, which is irritated and dried out my skin before the wax had even started. I left with a burning scar streak on my upper lip. They should get more formal training on facial waxing and I highly don't recommend. I understand this is a nail salon and not a professional waxing service, but the protocols were all wrong and super damaging to my skin.

I’ve been coming to Elaine Nails for a while now, and it’s easily my go-to salon in the city for gel manicure and regular pedicure. I believe they are a family-run busines, as I always see the same friendly faces each time, and they always remember me and greet me warmly, even if I just walk in without an appointment. They truly make an effort to know their customers, which makes every visit feel personal. No matter which technician I see, the quality is consistently excellent. They’re gentle, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful in their interactions (something that sets them apart from so many other salons I’ve tried.) OMG! This place is so close to me, but I have only just tried it out recently. Mae did such an amazing job. She really put a lot of attention and effort into my nails. They looked SO good and lasted SO long! (Going on one month with NO chips…). Definitely coming back here!
